  • How do I cancel my GRAV1TY LITE Subscription?
    To cancel your GRAV1TY LITE subscription, please visit the Policies and Disclosures link at the bottom of our website. There, you’ll find a form to complete for cancellation. Please note that cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
  • What should I do if I have an issue with a product?
    If you experience any issues with a product, please reach out to us at team@grav1tymovement.com. Be sure to include your name and order number so we can assist you more efficiently. We’re committed to resolving any issues and ensuring you’re completely satisfied.
  • How can I become a bigger part of GRAV1TY?

  • How should I proceed if I have a concern or complaint?
    If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to contact us directly via email at team@grav1tymovement.com. Please include a detailed description of your issue, and we will make it a priority to address it promptly and work towards a resolution. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we’re committed to ensuring your experience is a positive one.
  • What should I expect during my first call?
    On your first call, we’ll take the time to review your current lifestyle, build rapport, and discuss your goals. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and what you hope to achieve through coaching. This is the foundation for creating a personalized action plan that aligns with your unique needs, setting you up for success as you take the next steps toward becoming the best version of yourself.
  • How long is each coaching session, and are coaching sessions included in the PRO program?
    Each coaching session typically lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs and the program you're following. Coaching sessions are available to all PRO clients as part of the program, giving you the opportunity for personalized guidance and support whenever you need it. Whether you’re facing a challenge or just looking for extra motivation, we’re here to help you stay on track and crush your goals!
  • What areas will we focus on in coaching?
    In coaching, we’ll focus on all aspects of your well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether it’s improving your fitness, optimizing your nutrition, strengthening your mindset, or creating sustainable habits, we take a holistic approach to ensure you’re thriving in every area of your life. Together, we’ll address challenges, celebrate wins, and make sure you’re building a balanced, healthy lifestyle that supports your long-term growth and success.
  • Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
    We encourage you to come prepared with any questions you may have, as well as an idea of the challenges or goals you're currently working on. It can be helpful to jot down anything you'd like to dive into during your session so we can make the most of our time together and ensure we’re addressing what matters most to you!
  • Can I book a call if I’m not a current client?
    New clients can schedule a call at any time to discuss coaching options tailored to their needs. PRO clients also have the flexibility to book calls as needed, based on availability in their coach’s schedule. This ensures you receive the personalized support you need, whenever it fits best into your journey.
  • What happens after I book the call?
    Once you’ve booked your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. At the scheduled time, your coach will reach out to you directly to connect and guide you through the next steps over the phone.
  • Can I reschedule my session if something comes up?
    If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours' notice. We will gladly assist you in finding an alternative time that accommodates your schedule.
  • How do I know which coaching program is right for me?
    During your call, we’ll take the time to understand your unique goals and challenges. Based on that conversation, we’ll recommend the program that’s most aligned with your needs and aspirations.
  • How can I contact you if I have questions before the call?
    If you have any questions or concerns before your session, don’t hesitate to reach out via email or phone. We’re here to assist you every step of the way!
  • Are the calls one-time or ongoing?
    You can choose to schedule a coaching session as a one-time consultation, but we highly recommend regular, consistent calls to stay in touch with your coach. This ongoing support can greatly enhance your ability to follow through with your protocols, providing both guidance and accountability to keep you on track throughout your journey.
  • Do you offer refunds for your programs?
    Please note that we do not offer refunds on any PRO programming or digital products. For more information, including our refund policy, please refer to the Policies and Disclosures link at the bottom of our website.
  • Do I need to be in a specific location to book a call?
    Our coaching calls can be conducted over the phone or via video, depending on your preference and what works best with your coach. You can join from anywhere, as long as you have a phone or internet connection. Please note that international phone carrier fees may apply depending on your location.
